Gourmet Pizza Night

Every Friday from 5-8 pm and Saturday from 1-8 pm (May-October), pizza baked in the brick pizza oven and served. Our pizza dough is purchased from the Sunrise Flour Mill in North Branch, and made from a blend of two organic hybrid flours, Red Hard Spring Wheat and Soft White Winter Wheat. It is a bolted blend which means that most of the bran has been removed but all the germ is intact. Pizza toppings are taken fresh from our herb and vegetable garden or purchased from our local CSA, Women’s Environment Institute in North Branch, MN. Gluten free (GF) crust is available.
