Gourmet Pizza Night
Every Friday night from May through October, pizza baked in the brick pizza oven is served from 5 – 8 pm. Our pizza dough is purchased from the Sunrise Flour Mill in North Branch, and made from a blend of two organic hybrid flours, Red Hard Spring Wheat and Soft White Winter Wheat. It is a bolted blend which means that most of the bran has been removed but all the germ is intact. Pizza toppings are taken fresh from our herb and vegetable garden or purchased from our local CSA, Uproot Farms in Princeton, MN.
Soup N’ Sip
Every Friday night during November and December a meal of soup, bread and dessert is offered from 5 – 8 pm. A choice of meat or vegetarian soup, is made by our local co-op, City Center Market. Soup ‘N Sip has become a destination for people to relax at the end of the work week, enjoy a glass of wine with a hearty meal, and listen to live entertainment.
In addition to our Friday night specials (Gourmet Pizza or Soup N’ Sip depending on the season), we also offer several small plates that are available whenever you visit the tasting room. Specialty cheeses are purchased from Minnesota Redhead Creamery and served with crackers (gluten free available) and other delicious ingredients.
